Simplicity VoIP announces an expansion of the Client Services team with the addition of three new members to support its delivery of exceptional service to their clients.

Mr. Humphreys taps into his educational background in telecommunications, as well as his recent experience with marine motor technology. Mr. Wallace is a seasoned industry veteran with 20+ years of experience, including positions at Verizon and Windstream. In their Technician-Trainer roles, Humphreys and Wallace will be in the field handling Simplicity VoIP installs, training, on-site trouble/repair support.
Ms. Ricks has 5 years working in the information technology and customer service fields and has most recently been with Digicon Corporation supporting Prince William County. In her role, she will be a Tier 1 resource for Simplicity VoIP.
