Simplicity is pleased to introduce a new member of our client services team. We would like to send a warm welcome to Angela Roberts as she joins the Simplicity VoIP team.
Angela Roberts comes to us locally from Richmond, Virginia. Previously, Ms. Roberts has worked in several different administrative positions around the Commonwealth. She has also earned two degrees from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, in Computer Programming and Microcomputer Networking.
Angela’s impressive two decades of experience in the customer services industry will have a huge impact on the Simplicity team! In addition, Roberts brings a plethora of computer skills to the Simplicity team, such as Javascript and C++.
Angela describes herself as “a self-starter with excellent time management skills” and as detail-oriented. When asked about what excites her the most about this job, she responded, “Technology is a beautiful thing - I am excited to build on my current knowledge and to dig into the telecom aspects. I love supporting customers and specifically troubleshooting. I like the challenge of figuring out underlying issues.”
Lenada Crabb, Simplicity’s Director of Client Services, is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Angela. She stated, “Excellent client support is our priority at Simplicity. Angela is a great fit, and we really look forward to her joining our team. Her IT and customer service background are benefits to Simplicity. Angela’s positive, friendly demeanor will serve our customers well.”
During the interview process, Ms. Roberts was sold on the company culture: “The research I did about the company and its culture was confirmed during the interview process – it feels like a family.”
