Three proven Simplicity and Comtel Client Services team members are promoted.
Ms. Crabb has been with the company for 14 years serving in a number of roles within the Client Services department. As Director of Client Services, she will be responsible for the team managing all aspects of provisioning, porting, post-sales trouble/repair support for Simplicity VoIP.
Mr. Messick is a seasoned industry veteran with 18 years of experience 5 years of which has been with Comtel. As Director of Client Services, he will be responsible for quoting, presales, post-sales trouble/repair support for Comtel.
Mr. Martin has been with the company for 12 years serving in a number of roles in Client Services, including installation and operations manager. In the full-time role of Sales Engineer, he will be responsible for pre-sales support, quoting, demos, training for clients 25+, and the creation of end-user training collateral for Simplicity VoIP.
