Simplicity VoIP Welcomes Michelle Ebert

Richmond, VA - Simplicity VoIP, a leading provider of UCaaS solutions, is proud to welcome Michelle Ebert as Project Manager. Ebert will be a vital member of our Client Services team. She brings extensive experience in customer service and project management.

Ebert joins Simplicity VoIP from Johnstone Supply - Wallace Group, where she managed payroll and human resources, acting as a liaison between employees and the company, as well as ensuring that new employees had an excellent experience during the hiring and onboarding process. 

Ebert will also draw on her years of experience at Ironton Telephone Company, where she provided ongoing direct support to customers and the sales team. Ebert navigated NECA, FCC, and PUC reporting regulations while achieving high standards in customer service.
