Chad Fugett, a Richmond native, has joined the Simplicity VoIP team as Account Executive in charge of direct sales for small, medium and enterprise businesses.  He comes to us from Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, where, he was an outside sales representative primarily focused on the legal vertical.  Based out of Simplicity’s headquarters in Richmond, VA, Chad will be covering the Mid- Atlantic region.  With years of experience in offering technology-based solutions, including hardware, software, VoIP, MFP’s, IT and ECM, Chad’s consulting expertise supports clients’ prioritization of business goals and use of their business phone to improve efficiencies. In his free time, Chad enjoys surfing, skiing, fishing and playing music. We are pleased to have Chad onboard. 

Last month, Pete Kraehmer, VP of Enterprise Sales, (center) Amy Humphreys, VP of Marketing and Agent Enablement (right) with Emily May, Marketing Manager, (left) represented Comtel Communications and Simplicity VoIP at the Channel Partners Evolution conference in Washington, D.C.  Meeting with top tier-one providers, including Verizon, AT&T and CenturyLink, and many other key providers in our 200+ portfolio, one goal was to deepen our relationship and further support for our partners and clients. In addition, the show was an opportunity to learn about cutting-edge technology and solutions being brought to market.

We are pleased to announce Pete Kraehmer, who is celebrating 18 years with Comtel Communications this October, has been promoted to the position of VP of Enterprise Sales. In this new role, Pete will act as a resource on enterprise opportunities and will focus the bulk of his time and energy on managing his base of business while growing additional sales through personally co-selling opportunities in the Managed Service Provider space.  Pete spends his free time cooking playing golf and with his daughters.

Comtel and Simplicity VoIP’s Amy Humphreys has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Agent Enablement. Her working career has been in the marketing and sales arena for the past 30 years.  Amy will continue to develop tools for agent success and will be the lead contact for agent support for Comtel and Simplicity VoIP.   In addition, Amy will focus efforts on recruiting new sales assets and developing deeper provider relationships. In Amy’s free time she is committed to helping people as a volunteer for non-profit organizations. She also enjoys her time with her family in Virginia Beach.
