Matt Kozak takes the reins as VoIP Engineer III. Kozak is a thirty-year industry veteran with extensive technical experience as well as having supported client implementations in numerous areas from pre-sales support, design, and installation to onboarding and training.
Kozak comes to Simplicity VoIP from New Era Technologies (formerly Comstar Technologies), where he served as a Senior Voice Operations Engineer. He collaborated with clients and sales engineers in designing solutions to fit a variety of communication needs. He also brings with him experience and certification from the most widely used hosted VoIP and CCaaS solutions, including NetSapiens, Asterisk, and 8x8.
At Simplicity VoIP, Kozak will provide similar support to Simplicity VoIP sales resources as well as manage the ongoing evolution and architecture of Simplicity’s NetSapiens communications solution.
