Lydia Fiasco Joins Simplicity VoIP in Project Management Capacity. Fiasco brings a wealth of knowledge in VoIP, particularly call center technology, as well as project management and customer experience expertise.
In addition to VoIP, Lydia's background includes strong leadership skills and management that heavily round out her project management skill set.
Fiasco has extensive experience with the NetSapiens platform with perspectives as both a client and the provider side. Her knowledge regarding best practices will be valuable as she assists clients with understanding their options when building of their domains, establishing call flows, auto attendants, and more!
