    SimplicityGo – This year, we launched our own app that interfaces directly with your Simplicity VoIP phone system. It is available for both IOS and Android devices. Not only does it allow you to answer your office phone from your mobile device, but you can also make calls. Caller ID reflects your office number, protecting your personal cellular info and presenting as a call from your office line. Good news - it’s free to you.

    Find Me-Follow Me – This is an oldy but goodie and is also free. You can direct your office calls to ring to any phone that you prefer. Your calls can be pointed towards your mobile, home phone, a vacation destination, basically anywhere you would like it to. Again, caller ID reflects your office number, so it appears to be “business as usual” to your callers!

    Voicemail to Text Transcription – Last month, just in time for summer, we released this option. In addition to having your office voicemails delivered via a wave file to your email, you can also opt to have the message transcribed into the body of the email too. This is a convenient way to quickly scan and prioritize what messages you need to address.
