Char Friedman Joins Simplicity VoIP in Channel Management Capacity. Friedman comes to us with over a decade of experience in the tech industry through various customer supporting roles, with the last four years being focused on UCaaS based technologies for MSPs. Friedman is a Google Certified Project Management professional along with having recently completed the NetSapiens Foundation Certification program. Char’s core competency is optimizing and streamlining processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness, which ultimately enhances the client and partner experience with Simplicity.
