Bobby Morgan Joins Simplicity VoIP in Client Services’ Support & Repair Division. Richmond, VA- Simplicity is expanding its support and repair team to help fulfill its commitment to exceptional service with the addition of industry veteran, Bobby Morgan.

Morgan is a highly skilled engineer with over 20 years of experience in a telecom help desk environment, including positions at Nortel, NextiraOne, and Techtele. In addition to his troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, he possesses expertise in upgrades and migrations, which will greatly benefit Simplicity clients onboarding from other systems and providers.
